Code 95 is still giving a lot of Dutch truckers problems

Truck drivers in The Netherlands need to finish several courses also known as Code 95 before the 10th of September. Any drivers who fail to complete the courses will not be allowed to drive after the 10th of September. Our partner EVO recently conducted a survey amongst their members, results showed that over 65 percent have not yet finished the needed 35 hours of courses. Still need to complete courses?
