As customer of DKV, you have easy access to lots of services and products for mobility on the road.
We offer you two options to choose from when ordering products, namely:
- Simply ordering DKV Cards yourself, via DKV COCKPIT
To get access to your personal online portal DKV COCKPIT, just complete this form and return it to your DKV account manager or contact.
- Order forms
For the moment, not all products can be ordered through DKV COCKPIT yet.
If this should occur in your case, please complete and sign the corresponding form below and send it to your DKV account manager or contact.

You can claim a refund of your Euro Vignettes using the refund form .
Contact your DKV account manager to order the Satellic Box.
Other services
You can simply upgrade to eREPORTING Premium after accessing DKV COCKPIT.
In addition to these products we arrange and provide many services for mobility on the roads all over Europe.
