DKV Euro Service, market leader in the field of mobility services, installed the first DKV Euro Service electric charging station in the Netherlands last week. The DKV charging station was installed at customer Van Nieuwkerk in Amsterdam, official car dealer of Honda, Mazda, and Nissan with several branches in the Netherlands. DKV Euro Service has invested heavily in eMobility in recent years, and now offers charging at more than 70,000 charging stations throughout Europe. In addition, customers who want to power their electric vehicle fleet can have their own DKV charging stations installed on location, both at work and at home. In this way, DKV customers can easily charge electrically at home, at work and on the road with the DKV CARD CHARGE+ and receive one convenient, clear invoice.
Van Nieuwkerk is the first company in the Netherlands to install DKV Euro Service charging poles. Van Nieuwkerk is a real family business trading in the cars of the brands Mazda, Honda and Nissan. Because these brands are bringing more and more electric cars onto the market, it is of great importance for Van Nieuwkerk to have its own charging facilities at the various branches. This allows the demonstration cars to be charged, but also the vehicles of customers and employees.
Henny van Nieuwkerk, director of Van Nieuwkerk Automotive, explains: “DKV made a solid impression right from the start. The solidity appealed to me and when I noticed that they were thinking along with me, I thought this really suits us. I would especially recommend DKV to honour agreements. They have always been fulfilled on time and I am very satisfied with that. For me, a charging station is a tool, it doesn’t have to be outspoken but it has to be solid. The charging station itself is neat and fits in well with the rest of the building”.
