Shortly before its relaunch the DKV APP was presented with the “Best of” prize at the IT INNOVATION AWARD 2015 in the category “apps”. With this annual prize the Initiative Mittelstand recognises IT solutions for medium-sized business that are innovative and useful.
The prize has been awarded for twelve years. An expert jury consisting of 100 researchers, industry experts and specialised journalists judged the submissions in 41 categories. The DKV APP assists drivers across Europe in their search for DKV fuel and service stations. Real-time prices for Germany as well as 20 languages were recently integrated into the app.
